The objectives for which the Trust is established are:
| a. | To promote education awareness and capacity building; |
| b. | To support and conduct studies related to the environment and publicise such educational and scientific works; |
| c. | To raise, receive and administer funds for conservation and environmental related activities in Sabah; and |
| d. | To promote, support and carry out conservation and environmental related activities, which include educational and scientific research in Sabah. |
